Brilliant Promotions are pleased to remind all new and existing customers about our bespoke corporate gifts service. Whether your query is for promotional tape measures, corporate branded clothing, a bespoke requirement for promotional sports bags or whatever your need requires, sometimes an ‘off-the-shelf’ product will not quite convey the message you wish to deliver. This is when Brilliant Promotions can help you create a bespoke corporate gift, exactly matching our customer specifications and needs.
The process of manufacturing a bespoke corporate gift is fairly straight-forward, from the point that the promotional product required has been agreed, the materials to be used have been finalised and the unit amounts and timing of delivery have all been set. The first stage in the completion of the order is to organise a pre-production sample of the bespoke corporate gift. Brilliant Promotions will first send a visual of the completed product, with our customer branding and then it is delivered for approval and sign-off. From there, we arrange for the bulk manufacture of the bespoke corporate gift order and delivery can be achieved either via sea or air-freight, depending on delivery time-frame achieved. For pre-production orders, which do not lead to completed orders of the bespoke corporate gifts, Brilliant Promotions will charge a cancellation fee to match the cost outlay (materials and tooling charges) up to the point of sample being produced.
