Cancellation and Samples
A charge will be made on cancelled orders, together with the charge for all work carried out up to the date of written cancellation. Samples are available on all products and are charged at lowest quantity rate. Brilliant Promotions does not charge for samples under £1 in cost.
Defective Items
If a product is defective, please supply a detailed description of the fault and return it in its original packaging, labelling and receipt for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. The cost of returning defective items will be covered by Brilliant Promotions.
Events beyond our control
Brilliant Promotions has no liability to you for the failure to deliver goods or any delay or damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstances beyond our control including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, war, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire explosion, civil commotion or governmental actions and any other similar events.
