Q. What digital format should I supply our logo in?
Brilliant Promotions prefer Illustrator or Corel Draw 10 EPS files for PC. Please send editable vector files - all text converted to curves. We try to work with the best artwork you have available and will occasionally be able to use other artwork formats.
Q. What are my delivery options?
Brilliant Promotions deliver direct to your door by next day courier service in mainland UK. Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland customers will take approx 2-3 working days. Some customers may wish to arrange via their own courier service. Brilliant Promotions charge carriage at cost.
Q. Can we send repeat orders? Are they charged at the same rate?
We often receive repeat orders from customers. Costs are applied at the current rate but Brilliant Promotions will often be able to make savings in reducing set-up artwork costs which we ofcourse pass on to our customers.
Q. Do you offer artwork assistance?
Brilliant Promotions try and amend artwork when required, but occasionally need to redraw artwork for which there is a charge depending on time involved.
Q. What method of Payment do you accept?
Brilliant Promotions preferred payment method is by BACS transfer. Bank details are available upon request. We intend introducing credit card payments in the very near future. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Q. Can we have credit terms?
Brilliant Promotions aim to service all customers on credit terms "Strictly 30 days from invoice date". New customers may be required to pay on pro forma basis.
Q. Do you ever over-supply or under-supply order quantities?
There is a margin of error of +/- 10% on many of Brilliant Promotions supplied goods. Brilliant Promotions always aim to supply exact quantities but issues of wastage and manufacturing error can occasionally result in slight quantity discrepancies.
Brilliant Promotions aim to keep customers informed of order amount change at all times. We expect our customers to check deliveries within 24 hours of receipt and inform Brilliant Promotions within 24 hours of delivery of any order shortages, breakages or faulty goods.
Q. What means of logo personalisation do you use?
Depending on product ordered, we use many different forms of personalisation methods. Please see our Print Methods section for more details.
Q. Do you have any product literature or catalogues we can see?
We used to produce a catalogue of products every year. However, as we are continually updating our product database and adding to our range at any given time, we found that the annual catalogue was almost out of date as soon as it was printed. We concentrate on constantly updating our website information and do produce flyers with info on key product areas such as promotional clothing, branded mugs, plastic products, promotional umbrellas, golf gifts and so forth.
